With nearly 50 years of combined team experience in Commercial Real Estate, Acres Advisory Group has developed reliable and resourceful connections within the surrounding community of each market in which we have seen opportunity.
Our relationship-oriented strategy helps to see our clients’ project developments run as smoothly as possible. It helps our sellers close the deal that makes the most sense for their situation. Although every value is unique and every approach slightly different, our team’s all-encompassing market expertise is unparalleled. Scott Gaughan
Scott Gaughan is the founder and president of Acres Advisory Group. With over 28 years experience specifically in land assemblage and acquisition, he has developed expert knowledge on acquiring the most opportune pieces of land. Scott is able to identify the most prime spots and close on the most sought-after pieces whether the end goal is assemblage, development, or investment. He understands the process from identifying a specific site to develop is complex, but through his experience, he now possesses the delicate ability to enable a smooth path to development. Scott has successfully engaged in thousands of commercial real estate transactions, totaling nearly $1 Billion in transactions. The Acres Advisory Group is located in the heart of downtown Reno. Currently, Scott and his wife split their time between Las Vegas and Reno, with their two kids attending the University of Nevada Reno. Although Scott started his career in Las Vegas, the warm and welcoming people in Reno have truly made him feel like a local.

Marcia Giordano
Marcia is an integral partner on the Acres Advisory Group. She brings a strong resume and experience in real estate. She is a licensed broker and has experience in every step of the development process. Marcia oversees all aspects of the company as well as the assets themselves. From the pre-acquisition phase, entitlement process, development, to the eventual leasing or sale of the finished project, Marcia is the glue that ensures the team is unified and on target.
Marcia has lived in many real estate hot spots, including New York City, Las Vegas, and even Hawaii. Her diverse experience and exposures both in her personal life and career have molded a one-of-a-kind ability to lead with clarity and collaboration. Whether the situation is a lively conversation on business strategy or intense negotiations, Marcia has a leadership style that unifies all. For every success the Acres Advisory team has, Marcia will have been the lead to ensure everything was executed with precision and success.

Sarah was born and raised in Las Vegas and moved to New Jersey where she started her career working for large corporate finance teams. She has always held a passion for real estate. After moving to Houston, TX she started investing in real estate. She eventually joined forces with the Acres Advisory team. What she loves most about Acres Advisory Group is the group’s vision, boldness, and unrelenting force to be better, and go bigger.
Sarah brings her ability to be a champion of others and natural gift of helping teams achieve their goals. Her knowledge and expertise in finance helps the team make the projects a reality.

Alex Andrade
Alex Andrade is a Senior Associate at Acres Advisory Group. As a licensed salesperson, Alex has been exclusive to commercial real estate and land development. Previously working in hospitality he has a keen ability for client relationships and networking. From deal sourcing, project management, and marketing Alex is focused on assisting in the continued success of Acres Advisory Group. A native of Las Vegas, Alex spends his spare time with his wife and 2 daughters.

Kirby Gruchow
Kirby, originally from the Midwest, relocated to Las Vegas in 1998. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has been involved in various aspects such as acquisition, planning and entitlements, development, leasing, and disposition. Kirby is highly regarded in Nevada as an eminent domain attorney, handling cases and litigation for landowners and condemning authorities. Kirby cherishes moments with his family, friends, and partners in his free time at AAG. He also finds joy in the company of his dogs and horses. Appreciating the beauty of Nevada, the Silver State, and Montana, known as the Treasure State, Kirby likes spending time outdoors in both locations.
