Scott Gaughan

Scott Gaughan is the founder and president of Acres Advisory Group. With over 28 years experience specifically in land assemblage and acquisition, he has developed expert knowledge on acquiring the most opportune pieces of land. Scott is able to identify the most prime spots and close on the most sought-after pieces whether the end goal is assemblage, development, or investment. He understands the process from identifying a specific site to develop is complex, but through his experience, he now possesses the delicate ability to enable a smooth path to development. Scott has successfully engaged in thousands of commercial real estate transactions, totaling nearly $1 Billion in transactions. The Acres Advisory Group is located in the heart of downtown Reno. Currently, Scott and his wife split their time between Las Vegas and Reno, with their two kids attending the University of Nevada Reno. Although Scott started his career in Las Vegas, the warm and welcoming people in Reno have truly made him feel like a local.
